In December 2025, we opened “OKAMI — Dazaifu Store” along the approach to Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine. Known in the Nara period as Tō no Mikado, Dazaifu once served as a distant seat of the imperial court and a vital center of exchange with the Asian continent. Through the centuries, the flow of people, faith, and craftsmanship nurtured a refined and enduring cultural legacy.
It is an honor to be part of this historic setting. Beside the sacred grove dedicated to Sugawara no Michizane, revered as the deity of culture and the arts, we hope you will experience the distinctive art of TOSAIGA.
